Desince in 1927 the grandfather of the family, known to all as Pinxo of the Sardana, opened the stove in our kitchen, Pinxo Hotel has always been a model of the traditional Catalan cuisine. Today we continue to offer a menu of home cooking, with the most careful traditional style, together with an extensive selection of wines and champagnes from our land.
Among our specialties we highlight the onion soup, the "rossejat" noodles with cod, risotto, the piquillo pepper to mousse, pork feet with salsafins, stew beef, veal or carbonara.
On Fridays you can enjoy our "montaditos", with different tasting surprise that allow you to taste the different specialties of our cuisine.
We also do special menus for groups and celebrations.
